Help and Feedback
Use the Help menu to open documentation, ask the AI assistant, request features, and report bugs.
Overview
The Help menu in the dashboard contains the main self-service support options:
- Documentation — opens these docs in a new tab
- Ask AI — opens the in-app AI assistant
- Request feature — opens a feature request form
- Report bug — opens a bug report dialog
Report a bug
Use Help > Report bug when something in the app is not working as expected.
The bug report dialog includes:

| Name | Optional. Pre-filled from your profile when available. |

| Bug description | Required. Describe what went wrong, what you expected, and steps to reproduce it. |
For account, billing, or setup support, use the contact options on Profile and Account instead of the bug report form.
Request a feature
Use Help > Request feature to suggest improvements or new workflows.

The request form may include your account email automatically when you are signed in. Include the workflow you are trying to improve, why it matters, and any examples that make the request easier to evaluate.
Ask AI
Use Help > Ask AI for quick questions while you are working in the dashboard. It can point you to setup pages, explain where to find settings, and help with common configuration questions.
Documentation
Use Help > Documentation to open the docs site. The docs include setup guides, integration steps, troubleshooting, billing information, and legal pages.
