Search, filter, and review every call record and order handled by the phone assistant.
Overview
The Orders page is your call history — every conversation the phone assistant handles creates a record here, including orders, appointment bookings, reservations, and information-only calls.

Searching and filtering
Use the filter panel at the top of the page to narrow results:
| Filter | How to use |
|---|---|
| Text search | Search by customer name, phone number, or keywords from the call summary |
| Print ID | Search for a specific order by its unique numeric Print ID |
| Date range | Select a start and end date to view records from a specific period |
| Include orders from other organizations | Toggle on to also show orders from other organizations you manage (you can select up to a set number of additional organizations). |
Click Apply to run the filter. Click Clear Filters to reset and show all records.
The Summary column is searchable — use keywords from the caller's order (e.g., "pepperoni" or "Tuesday appointment") to find it quickly without knowing the exact Print ID.
Order table columns
| Column | Description |

| Print ID | Unique numeric ID for the record — used when searching or referencing a specific call |
| Created At | Date and time the call was completed |
| Request Type | Category: Order, Appointment, Reservation, Information, or other |
| Summary | Brief AI-generated description of what was discussed or requested |
| Customer Name | Name provided by the caller during the conversation |
| Customer Phone | Phone number of the caller |
Viewing order details
Click View Details on any row to open the full record. The detail page shows:

All items, modifiers, and quantities (for POS orders)

Appointment date and time (for booking records)

Full conversation transcript

Call recording link — click to replay the audio of the entire call
Accessing call recordings
Every AI-handled call is recorded. The recording is accessible two ways:

From the order detail page — click the call recording link

From the SMS notification or Order Monitor app notification — each notification includes a direct link to replay the call immediately
Call recordings play directly in your browser. No download or special software required.
Common uses

Quality checking — review how the phone assistant handled a call and identify areas to improve your instructions

Dispute resolution — replay the call recording when a customer questions what was ordered or confirmed

Instruction improvement — use transcripts to identify common questions the phone assistant didn't answer well, then update Business Info and Instructions
